It is a VOIP service that gives you a telephone number and free USA and Canada 
long distance for about $30 a year or $99 for 5 years. It gives you a box to 
connect directly  to your DSL, or software to work it from your computer.  It 
would be great, if only I had enough upload speed in my DSL, but you see, I 
live in a rural area of Florida.
