Correct. But even this depends on how loud the stream is. It may work for
sound cloud though. I've only tried it with Iheart Radio and Tune In so you
have to wait until that stream page opens in that case. Not sure about Sound
Cloud. It might work. Oh by the way, this has been so since Vista. Vista was
cool for what it was. My only beefe was the thing about how hard it was to
make an Audio CD. A CDDA formatted cd you play on a regular CD player. Other
than that though, Vista was cool. I loved it. I had a Toshiba laptop with
Vista Ultimate.

I have noticed that nowadays, in the adjust system volume settings, you
could turn down the browser but leave the screen reader at its normal
volume.  I have found this on 3 computers that use different sound cards
using windows 7 and 8.1.
