Yeah the blutooth thing. I remember you meantioning it once before. I'm not 
sure about that. Never heard if the Iphone would do that. At least not in all 
what I've heard.

Make no bones about it, iPhone along with other IOS devices do support Lossless 
music formats in the form of Apple Lossless through iTunes or other formats 
such as FLAC through third party software however the lossless I’m referring to 
here is the Lossless Bluetooth streaming through the Lossless Bluetooth profile 
which Samsung devices and B&W Bluetooth devices support.

Can’t remember the exact name of the standard now but its something like ATPX.
