Sanjean 909X

A blind acquaintance just bought a Sanjean 909X from Ebay and is having 
problems  learning to use it.  He especially wants to know how to 
directly enter frequencies. Please can you point me to a  comprehensive 
tutorial on this thing or connect me with someone who knows how to use it.
