The draft effectively extends PCECC for P2MP LSPs. I have a few comments,please 
see below: 

1. Terminology: "P2MP bits" (Sections 4.2, 6.1.1) 
The term "P2MP bits" is used in Sections 4.2 and 6.1.1, referring to N, M, and 
P bits from [RFC8623]. 
However, [RFC8623] does not define a collective "P2MP bits" term. For improved 
clarity, 
I suggest this draft explicitly define what "P2MP bits" represents if used as a 
collective term.
2.section 4.2
The condition in section 4.2 refers only to the "N bit", but I think it should 
cover all "P2MP bits" (N/M/P) 
defined in RFC8623, consistent with section 6.1.1. Please see below:
Original: If the M bit is set in PCECC-CAPABILITY sub-TLV and the STATEFUL-PCE- 
CAPABILITY TLV is 
not advertised or is advertised without the N bit set, in the OPEN object…
Proposed: If the M bit is set in PCECC-CAPABILITY sub-TLV and the STATEFUL-PCE- 
CAPABILITY TLV is 
not advertised or is advertised without the P2MP bits set, in the OPEN object…
3. Section 4.3.3.1
In the example representation of the LSP path, the initial label value is given 
as 6000, which is inconsistent
with 9000 shown in Figure 1 and mentioned in the preceding text.
Original: This can also be represented as : {R1, 6000}, {6000, R2,
   {9001,9002}}, {9001, R4, 9003}, {9002, R5, 9004} {9003, R3, 9005},
   {9004, R6}, {9005, R8}.
Proposed: This can also be represented as: {R1, 9000}, {9000, R2,
   {9001,9002}}, {9001, R4, 9003}, {9002, R5, 9004} {9003, R3, 9005},
   {9004, R6}, {9005, R8}.
