Hi Wenhu

The acronym PCECP is a generic term that refers to any protocol for 
communication between PCC and PCE. It does not refer to a specific protocol. 
This term has been used in requirement documents.

PCEP refers to a specific PCECP protocol, this is the protocol defined by the 
PCE WG. 

Does that clarify?
