I've been using it off and on for a while now, version 6.1.1, after first
trying out the demo. I found it to install easily and work reliably. I
haven't needed any tech support so can't comment on that. The only thing
that bothered me about it was that they lowered the price right after I
bought it, but I still have to pay full upgrade price to go to the latest
version. Just my bad luck. So far, I've found no need to upgrade, as it
works fine on my machines running OS versions between 8.1 and 8.6. I guess
the later versions will allow sharing connections between more than two
computers at a time.
