No, the 18 hours is a credit to the delivery service. The three days between placing an order and VU's acknowledging it isn't a credit to anyone in my book. The order comes in and is routed to a template response form. How long can it take to push a button? An hour? Eighteen hours? Two days? They confirmed my order on the 25th. On the 29th they charged my bank account. On the 15th they ignored my inquiry. I'm going to ask them to cancel my order.
