Hi; I finally got an email from VU stating that they had problems supplying the product, but they have it now, and will ship it out if I still want the order. They also adjusted the shipping rate from $99, to $39 (international to Canada). I cross my eyes and pray. Thanks for all the responses, especially the one with the phone number. To NwDNA, who wrote "Why should one be patient with a company that has crappy customer service?", I do agree with the perspective. Sometimes, though, I've found an initial problem to be very specific and circumstantial, and patience, as also suggested (I can't find who contributed that just now), has more often than not proven to be rewarded. We'll see how this particular case pans out. Anyway, at least this list hasn't found me wanting for responses. Thanks very much to everyone. I hope any of the rest of you still waiting for orders, get yours (and I mean that in the ;-) 'est way).
