I hate Epson too. The best printer I have ever owned was an Apple LaserWriter select 360. It was only black and white, but it never failed me. I had a string of Epson's and they all bit the dust. I now have a HP deskjet990CXI and it is great. I like the fact that when I buy new ink for it I get new print heads. It may be a few dollars more expensive per refill, but it pays off in the end. I have a friend who raves about his Epson C80, but it is still too new to tell if it will fail like mine did. -- Kyle H.
