Go to: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm?page=downloads/software&CRID=307&contentid=5035&OSID=9&countryid=19&languageid=1 and download the software. (for Mac) This is the Mac version of Logitech's software for some of their other cameras, but the PC download is the same software for these cameras as for the PC version of your new camera. If it works, you're in business. If it doesn't, you've not lost anything but a little time. (If it works, you'll be a hero to other Mac users thinking about getting involved in the promotion.)
Make sure they send the USB version of the camera to you. A friend got a "free" webcam some time ago from Earthlink. He told them USB and they sent a PC Parallel version instead.
