Since this is the PCI Power Mac list, I will say this in response:

Basically you have the potential to use the case to house a 75, 76 or
even a 7300 motherboard (maybe others). I mention the 7300 since
replacing the power supply was necessary.

The cost to someone to do this is not too bad, if you can find
inexpensive parts. I have undertaken this and have found that it can be
an interesting way of getting to know a great computer.

The drawback to the whole activity is that you might have more $ into a
machine than you can find used ones for. The plus to it is, once you
have accomplished the refit, you know exactly what you have and the
confidence that it all works perfectly.

Now, can anyone tell me where you can get replacement stickers that tell
you which machine is inside?
