Welcome to the wonderful world of "endless training". Oddly though you'll find that some users will take the training and then "bobble-head" you. After you leave they will learn nothing and roll over for the "friend" or relative that tells them what they "need". The solution to those people is to handle what the "friend" or some-such knows compared to you. Is he/she another tech? How long has he/she been doing things like this compared to you?
