No. PCI <> USB PCI refers to the type of card it is, and so lonmg as it 
is a OHCI compliant USB card it should work.

There are only a handful of USB 2.0 solutions for Macs (Orange Micro and 
Sonnet are the only two I know of, and even those only work under OSX)
