Which ones do I need? I don't have a G3 card in it, and maybe never will, but I
don't want to have to go out and buy new RAM if I do get one down the road.

Stick with FPM RAM, not EDO RAM.

Many Macs will accept EDO RAM, but none actually use the EDO feature. These
access EDO RAM as if it was FPM RAM.

There are a Macs (and Apple servers) which cannot accept EDO RAM, but MUST
have FPM RAM.

Overall, FPM is the most compatible with the most Macs.

Buy in pairs, but check (test) individually.
