I'm Seeing A Pattern Here

I've noticed a pattern in these "Warnings". Note that they are all 
sent at the same approximate time, at least to me:  0300 to 0305 (3 
AM EDT). MacWebmasters seems to be 12 hours displaced from 
PCI-PowerMacs although nowhere nearly as frequently. I have no idea 
what this information means.
