My solution was to set up personal websharing on the Mac, which will allow
you to view a directory.  Then download the files from the Windoze box with
Internet Explorer by entering the IP of the Mac.  I had to set the MIME type
on PW, and not being a networking genius I had to fiddle a bit, but finally
got them moved.  I was moving .wmv files, but I am sure MP3 would work as
well if not easier.  Note too that I am assuming you gave both boxes on the
same network or can put them on the same network.  I also have IPNetRouter
running as a gateway for Internet sharing, but I don't think that made it
work.
