A couple of things. Last time I had Spam, I thought it was very nice. Long time ago. It was not the cheapest of tin food then. Bit of class I think at one stage. Here is a nice recipe my Dears (why limit yourselves to eating it plain?): Broiled SPAM & Spinach Sandwiches Makes 6 servings Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/4 cup country-style Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 6 slices sourdough bread 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM Classic, cut into 12 slices 1 (9-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 6 thin slices red onion, separated into rings 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish; mix well. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture on one side of each bread slice. Top each with 2 slices SPAM, and 1/6 each of the spinach, onion rings and cheese. Place on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is thoroughly heated. The other thing is this, (while I'm in this mood): you are confident that your ISP has not blocked mail you would have liked to have received? I have a special filter that allows anyone who sends me the next Lottery's winning numbers to get through to me pronto, confident that my ISP will not interfere in the slightest David Elmo (helpful as usual) -- PCI-PowerMacs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
