I am not sure. Try downloading a newer copy of MacTCP from Apple? As for getting your SE to work, try this url - they might help - http://www.mac512.com/index.html
Otherwise, try reading the manual, I think it may have something about how you can use the software router to pass info onto your SE. As I have never done this before (I don't remember if I do, but I don't think so), I don't know how much more help I can give you.
