Is anyone else having problems getting to lowendmac.com?

When I try I get the following error message:

Warning: db_set_active(includes/database.mysql.inc): failed to open stream:
No such file or directory in
/var/www/bbm/lowendmac.com/htdocs/includes/database.inc on line 109

I just noticed this over the weekend, but the problem could have been going
on much longer.
Is this MY problem, or the website's problem?

On the surface it appears as though there's trouble with one of their servers.

It'll probably clear up on its own.
