You can see if it is the RAM being tested by turning such off. Hold down
option and command and go Apple Menu/ControlPanels/Memory and turn it off.
Can't see much point in having it on normally. Also, maybe take a good look
at your extensions, see there are no duplicates, things not needed and so
on...
