Hi all, I've been reading this list for years and thank you all for hard-earned advice. I'm using a PTP225/XLR8 450/G4 with OS 9.1. I think that I need to move on
to OS X as software, particularly browsers, become more difficult to deal with. Currently Netscape 4.8 is as far as I can go for browsing and email, I would like to use Netscape 7.2 or Mozilla 1.3.1. Before I download Xpostfacto and buy a copy of OS X, I would much appreciate any input, which version of OS X, how to best use OS 9.1 for unupgraded applications...? I have plenty of room on an Atlas 17Gb10K , for OS X but am also considering to buy an external firewire drive, Macally firewire/usb card is in place.
