Unfortunately, I have a leaflet giving the goods on Mac/IBM 10pin and 6pin;
NEC/Mac 10 pin and 6pin; and Mac/Multi-Sync adaptor 10 pin. But eight
switches no... Perhaps you can get clues from it? My thing has 10 switches,
many have 6. If you think this detailed list with its charts could be useful
to you, I can scan it (it is on glossy and very tiny print so I will do this
for myself, no trouble - so I can enlarge slightly) and send you or anyone a
gif... Let me know, cobber...
