What I have found works even better is to leave the Mac on. Get on the phone to Dell and speak loudly enough that the Mac can hear you tell the Dell sales droid that your Mac is acting up and you think -maybe- a PeeCee would be better.[0]

I am working on a project for the University. One of it's Dells is here in the room with me next to the Stack-O-Macs.
So far they are all well behaved but I am going to turn on a hidden tape recorder to hear what they say to one another when I am out of the room.
