I'd pick :

If those don't work, just add the rest in. I dont think it'll hurt to have
them all (NB =Nubus?, LC = LC card?)...

I had a PM 8500 w/ OS 9.1 with all or most of those extensions and my
built-in Ethernet UTP connection worked just fine....
