Hi, I am trying to install OS 9.2.2 on my upgraded 9600/ Sonnet G3 500mzh. I have used the same disk on an upgraded 8600 with no problem, but it refuses to install on the 9600. I am using OS 9 helper app and am trying to install OS 9.2.1 first. It will expand the smi file and I can go through all the install procedure and after a few minutes running the acutal installer, I will get a window that says it can not complete the action. If I quit the installer the I get a window finder needs my attention and then the error flashes and I have to do a forced restart. I am only using the base extentions and I have run it from the disk and from the desktop, no difference. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Pam
