There is a web page, <https://www.fortify.net/sslcheck.html>, that will tell you what your encryption level is.
I was able to download Netscape 4.8 from SillyDog that appears to meet the rewuirements, it has RC4 128 bit. Icab has triple DES 168 bit. Mozilla 131 doesn't seem to have anything.
