When I installed 9.2.2 and the ATI exts on a 7300 (XLR-8 G3) to run a RADEON 7000 MAC 64MB DVI VGA TV PCI Video Card, the monitors (2 off it) ran fine without any control panel for the card (which I did not see, there was a menu item that had some things which either I did not have or seemed irrelevant. I used the built in Apple monitors control panel to do things like arrange the monitors and set resolution and stuff...
