Thanks, David.  The external one is a 30 gig which is more than I'll ever
need for both OS systems. LOL The "new" Mac actually has two more platforms
on which I can mount hard drives, I presume of any size, but I already have
the external one & it will work on either Firewire or USB, so guess the G3
probably accommodates both, too. I have not had time to even play around
with it yet. LOL
