Macs
 that would not start (at least the video) without a Pram battery.

The 6100 will start up with a dead PRAM battery, but it take patience. You
have to leave it plugged into the mains for a while and then sort of pump
the power button rapidly a few time. It can take a good 10+ attempts to get
it to start, but it will.

There is an easier way, plug it in, turn it on wait a couple of seconds then hit the reset button on the back.
