I haven't seen any genuine DVD SCSI drives...not even DVD-ROM SCSI.  I think 
it'll be hard to find, since I feel like I have made quite search. DVD Combo 
drive IDE via something is what you're going to end up with.  In my opinion.

Seconded.  Perhaps even jumping to a G4...

I have the same DVR-110 in a 300MHz B&W G3.  It does work very well.  Although, 
I've burn only about 10 DVD's with it so far(no coasters).
