Don't forget Netscape Composer. Its a freebie in any Netscape 4.7x
download. My pages were done with Netscape and then a little tweaking
with notepad afterwards. (The pages are listed at the bottom of this
email.) Its easy to use and as I get further along with it, there are
more things that can be done. It is a WYSIWYG type but you can define
an ascii editor so that you can switch directly to that editor.
