I used freeware programs to create and maintain a restaurant website.
The website was made to be seen with (almost) all browsers, so it isn't
the flashiest, but have a look if you'd like:

The biggest problem I foresee will be the people keeping up the site.
You really need users who have some basic understanding of how to use a
computer's programs and operating system. Therefore, I suggest a really
easy program for making web pages called Ma Page Web.

Hi PC-workers
has anybody made webpages with a free program?
How easy was it? What program did you use?
How many days/weeks took it?
I'm a fairly experienced computeruser, did some programming in the past.
I want to make a website of some 30 pages.
When it is ready 1 or 2 people should be able to keep it afloat.
They have very little computer experience.
It would be best if the program of programs are free.
Because we don't have much money to spend.
