We have generated some rather large (right around 100 meg) Outlook lecture
files at work. They probably should have been created in smaller blocks and
link, but they were not.....
My question is, when you want to copy or delete these files from Windows 98,
a right click on the folder causes the hour glass to appear for an
inordinate amount of time! In fact, I have discovered that to copy an large
Outlook file, it is quicker to load it into Outlook and do a save-as.....
What gives with that? Any ideas? Any possible solution (short of creating
smaller Outlook files)?? I hate to have to go for a coffee break just to
delete or move one of these files from Windows.......
