In general, NO.
You sometimes need to look at full headers to determine where the message
original. "From:" headers can NOT be trusted, too easy to forge. If you get
the domain that the user sent e-mail from, you could complain to abuse at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
If the person ever posted to USENET, you may get a name from a userid.

If you know the person is a member of a mailing list, you can try the lists
archives to see if you can get a name.
All these methods work, I know, I'm in every one of them under my old userid.
