Thanks for the info, guys.
Windows Explorer needed access because of the viewing as web page-when I
highlight and HTML link-it would show in the left pain.
I guess if it's some program I am not sure about, I will click NO.
Latest one was "download.com" when I clicked on the "more info" I searched
for it's cookie and deleted it.
