FYI, I hated Nero, since with it (believe it or not) you cannot
use a CDR to drag n' drop files and that's all I do.  It does
not support packet writing to a CDR, only a CDRW.

I stopped using Adaptec when I could never restore a backup I
had made.
I hear Nero is good software for writing to CD's, but you would
need to
uninstall Adaptec before installing Nero.
