Jeff,
    are you lookink for a 1 step program? If so, I'm not sure about
free/shareware progs, but Adaptec EZ CD Creator Deluxe will do it, providing
your PC can keep up. (however, I'm not a big fan of Adaptec's program for
other reasons).  I've been doing this since long before it became vogue, but I
do take the trouble to do it in separate steps for quality's sake.
