With regard to your instruction of how to get into the root directory, this
is what was done, is it correct.
My Computer
clicked on c
C opened up
Folder options was found under Tools and not View
The final result was 74 objects.
Do this sound right.
With regard to the entry in system ini, as the entry is not there do you
recommend adding it.
THere has been no reply from the Arcsoft technical helpafter two weeks, is
this the norm.
