Just to update you on the drive problem that some of you advised on in September. I am afraid the computer company did not agree with your diagnosis of drive failure and decided a new motherboard was called for. However when an engineer finally turned up with the motherboard he turned on the computer and within seconds said " its a hard drive failure". Anyway the computer is up and running again but it has taken over a month. However you are not getting away that easy as another problem has cropped up. When attempting to install a programme the message "insufficient memory or disk space" comes up I am told both are OK so can anyone help out here please.
