hi Dale.....a lot of things affect how you do this....which version of Outlook you have; whether you are using the Internet Only version or the Corporate/Workgroup version; and whether you are using it at home or at work with the Exchange Server.....since there are so many variables, it's best you go to MS and read the appropriate instructions for your version and setup
Go here and click on the advanced search link on the left.....search for "personal folders file location" (without the quotes).....this will give you a complete list of instructions: http://www.microsoft.com/technet/ Linda Linda's Computer Stop http://www.personal-computer-tutor.com Online Instructor at the Eclectic Academy http://www.eclecticacademy.com/index.htm "How To Get Started As A Software Trainer" http://dreamjobstogo.com/titles/djtg0036.html?10456 "MS Word Magic!" http://newbieclub.com/officetips/?buntah -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Dale E. I've put an additional hard-drive into my machine, and I'd like to move outlook.pst from C:windows to the new drive (E:). How do I tell Outlook 2000 to use the new drive? thanks. --- Dale E.
