Dale;

The steps are basically the same no matter what type of connection you are
using to get your mail.

All you have to do is to close Outlook, then find the *.pst file you are
looking for. (I always set up *my* pst files using the user name of the
person. That way, when I need to move them, it makes it easy to ID which is
which. If you haven't made this distinction, it will be outlook.pst by
default.)

Once you cut and paste the file to the new hard drive, you simply open the
program back up, and it will tell you that the location for the pst files
has changed. The explorer window will pop up and let you go to the folder
or drive you placed in it/on, and select it. You will then be re-connected
to the pst files.

Another recommendation I would make first: "Copy" the file to the new hard
drive, then rename the original. That way, if something goes screwy in the
copy, you still have the *good* original copy!
