It seems most of the time when I first open an explorer window, my desktop icons refresh and the desktop flashes. I also lose my explorer setting or viewing as web page and I have to go in and change that to my customized setting every day. I would think these two things are related. I ran Norton checks and fixed all the Windows problems, but it still does this. Any ideas? Thank you.
