Microsoft has a new runtime environment released to support it's .NET architecture: http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/sample.asp?url=/msdn-files/027/001/829/msdncompositedoc.xml&frame=true Typical MS, the code is bloating exponentially with this package coming in at 19.7 mb. And there is already an update for it as well at: http://msdn.microsoft.com/netframework/downloads/sp1/download.asp
