There's lots of free space on the web-all that I found has ads, and some even limit ftp transfers. I've written several sites at www.abac.com for a cost of $119.40/year or $9.95 a month with a $40.00 setup fee. Domain name is free the first year. See the SoloII plan. This includes 500MB of space and unlimited transfers. Technical suppport is fast and excellent. There are other plans that cost more, with other features. Most ISPs offer at least some free space with your connection fee. I get 10 MBs free, and have had my own site there for several years-no ads, unlimited transfers. Good luck. **************************************************************************** ***********************
I have a question. I need some internet server space to load some files on the internet. Would something like this that I found on Ebay be a good idea. It offers 1000mb of space. If this is too much could I set it up for other people to use with there own password? It this always so cheap? It says the bid is at $10.00 a year, is that too good to be true? ============= PCWorks Mailing List ================= Don't see your post?
