Karl, I've heard from a couple designers that they go down quite a bit. Netcraft charts them at 4 or 5 days between reboots http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?site=www.digitalrice.com If paying for space comes up then I'd recommend you not go with DigitalRice, perhaps you should check out Hostica at http://www.hostica.com/products.html HTH
