Click on the Favorites menu (not the list on the left of your screen, but the menu)...then RIGHT click somewhere within the list of your favorites in the menu and choose Sort by Name.
If it's the list on the left of your screen you want alphabetized, you may have to then click on View>Refresh or simpley close IE and reopen it.
