I use a utility called RZDll Backup. Its a freebie that will scan your
entire system and retain a copy of all the dll's as well as the vbx and
ocx files if you like.  I have two hard drives and store the backup on
the second so that it one goes, the other has all or most all of the
dlls and other criticals.  Its available from
