Hi.. All my emails .. are scanned coming in.. and going out. with Norton Systems works.. 2002.. .
The last few days.. they're picking up various vir** .. the klez, and another one?? thats out there.. Norton says. it cant be fixed. do I want to quaranteen it. I say YES, and they I'm able to delete it. My vi** scans are done regularly.. and my live updates are all up to date.. I have no vir** on my computer.. I even checked in my C-drive. My question is two-fold.. One, how do I stop this from happening, as I'm getting the emails(without the attachements).. after Norton cleans them up. and they're obviously meant for some other people. as they're talking about their lives, etc.. I dont' know these people. and I would like it to stop.. I've even tried writing to them. and it's undeliverable.. And two.. I have Go- Back installed,, and this morning. I got the fatal blue screen.. and I did a Go Back.. Is this the correct procedure.. or should I have just ignored it. when my desktop.. finally came back up..(after clicking on the error message).
