Unless you use Windows 2k or XP where resources are handled in a TOTALLY
different way and rebooting is NOT necessary.  (Clint....you may want to
try one of these operating systems.  Rebooting a few times a day is
definitely a thing of the past....since I've been using these two
operating systems, I never reboot unless Norton or another program tells
me I HAVE to.  And I haven't seen a BSOD in about a year.)

BSOD is the common acronym for Blue Screen Of Death.

Not just for keeping resources high, but to reclaim memory as
well, and to "unload DLL's", etc.  It's a long story but
suffice to say the more you reboot, the more stable of a PC
you'll have.
